Exercises and training to get a perfect summer body

Summer is the most beautiful season of the year allow you to do anything you like to do and wear anything you want to wear. But is your body summer perfect? Are you prepared to welcome summer this year?

Well, you will need to have a perfect body to do everything confidently. So, how to get a summer body? If you want to get the perfect summer body, you will need to prepare your body increasing your strengths and endurance.

Primarily, you can wear a weighted vest which is very, very good in terms of increasing your endurance. In my opinion, this is the main benefit of a weighted vest, because you can always train your strength with weights, but when you want to train your endurance with weights, there is nothing better than wearing one of these vests. There is a study on this matter, where the people who wore a weighted vest increased their endurance levels significantly more compared to the ones who don’t.

Exercises

If you like to do to very long sessions of cardio training in order to build up your endurance, I encourage you to try the following routines which are 45 minutes maximum. The following workouts are also kick-ass training for conditioning and improving performance. Remember to always do a general warm-up for joints and stretching. Now here I am writing down a few workout plans which will help you get great strength and also a perfect summer body.

Round 1

1) 30 seconds squats
2) 30 seconds dips or narrow push ups
3) 30 seconds burpees
4) 30 seconds bicycle abs
5) 1-minute rest and repeat one more time
6) 1:30 minutes rest

Round 2

1) 30 seconds lunges
2) 30 seconds. Shoulder press
3) 30 seconds side lunges
4) 30 seconds bicycle abs
5) 1-minute rest and repeat one more time
6) 1:30 minutes rest

Round 3

1) 30 seconds push-ups (wide stance)
2) 30 seconds jumping rope
3) 30 seconds push-ups (narrow stance)
4) 30 seconds jumping rope
5) 1-minute rest and repeat one more time
6) 1:30 minutes rest

Round 4

1) 30 seconds step ups
2) 30 seconds superman abs
3) 30 seconds. mountain climbers
4) 30 seconds superman abs

These workouts are very intense even without a weighted vest. If you don’t know if you can perform it, just try some of the exercises, or try the whole workout with the help of a trainer. If it’s already exhausting for you, keep doing it until you can perform the whole workout with relative ease. Give your body some time to get prepared for taking the extreme workout session.
